Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how KX Works ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Mewo 2048 and Melody 2048 (collectively, the "Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Our Apps do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number directly.
However, the following data may be collected automatically by us or by third-party services integrated into the Apps:
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and region.
- Advertising identifiers — such as the Google Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS), used by advertising partners to serve and measure ads.
- Usage data — gameplay events, session length, crash logs, and general analytics used to improve the Apps.
2. Third-Party Services
The Apps use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data practices.
- Google Play Services — Google Privacy Policy.
These services may collect and process data as described in their respective policies. We do not control the data collected by these third parties.
3. Advertising
The Apps display ads served by Google AdMob. Ad providers may use advertising identifiers and other device data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your device settings and applicable law. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required, ads served to users identified as children are configured to be non-personalized. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
5. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Data held by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. For data held by third parties (such as Google), please refer to their privacy policies and controls.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed in connection with the Apps. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
