This policy describes information handling in Mewo 2048: Cat Puzzle Game (Android package com.zk.mini2048), provided by KX Works. Contact [email protected]. The app disclosures below apply to the current initial Android release without connected app services. Website visits and voluntary support messages are addressed separately.
1. Game Data on Your Device
The game stores your best score, current board progress, fish coins, cat status and unlocks, tutorial and reward progress, language and sound settings locally so you can continue playing and caring for your cat.
The app also keeps up to 100 recent gameplay events locally, including event names, times, a local session marker, app version and gameplay parameters, such as game starts, completions and cat interactions. These records support local operation and troubleshooting. The app does not upload them to our servers or a third-party analytics platform.
The game has no account login, cross-device cloud saves or server synchronization. Android or device backup services may retain or restore app data according to your device and account settings; this is separate from an in-game cloud-save service.
2. Advertising, Analytics and Purchases
The current initial Android release does not integrate advertising SDKs, remote usage-analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, in-app purchases or subscriptions. The game does not send personal profiles, advertising identifiers or local saves to our servers. The core puzzle and cat-care features work offline.
Google Play handles app downloads and updates. The store and device services process information under their own policies. The game does not receive your Google account password or full payment details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Website Visits and Support Email
The product and privacy pages are website services. Opening online policies or support pages causes browsers, hosting and content-delivery providers to process technical data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and access time to serve pages and maintain security. See the KX Works Privacy Policy for website analytics and cookies. Website analytics does not mean an analytics SDK is integrated into the app.
If you choose to send support or privacy email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide to reply and handle the request. Avoid passwords, payment information and unnecessary sensitive details. Website and email providers may process relevant information outside your country.
4. Retention and Deletion
Local data remains until you, the app or the operating system removes or replaces it. Clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove its current local data; this may erase scores, fish coins, cat status and board progress. Manage device or cloud backups separately. We do not operate an app-save server from which we can recover or remotely delete your local progress.
Support email is retained as needed to handle requests and meet applicable obligations. Website records are retained according to service purposes, settings, provider policies and legal requirements. Uninstalling the app does not automatically erase email or website records. For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected] and name Mewo 2048. We handle requests for data we are responsible for under applicable law and may verify identity and scope where necessary.
The website uses HTTPS. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
5. Children's Privacy
The product is not primarily directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
6. Updates and Existing Policy Links
If future versions introduce advertising, remote analytics, crash reporting, accounts, cloud saves or similar services, we will update this policy and applicable store disclosures before releasing those features. The page date will reflect policy updates.
The original Mewo 2048 Privacy Policy linked from the app and store remains available for reference. It describes the initial release; this page adds details about local events, website visits and support channels.
